Executive level talent: 
At least one of your Marketing Philharmonic strategists has had P&L responsibilities, either as a senior marketing executive or as owner of their firm. All resources bring a minimum of five years' experience to their areas of expertise.

Exceptional customer service:  All team members return phone calls or answer emails within 24 hours after client contact. Team members are available on weekends and evenings for emergencies.Team members secure back-up service if unavailability extends beyond 48 hours. Deadlines are always met, as long as clients meet their requirements.

Integrity:  Honesty is our policy. No exceptions. Transparency comes with our territory. Messaging is responsible, honest and clear.


Sustainability:  We always offer a sustainable, environmentally friendly ways to conduct business, such as offeringr FSC Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper for printing.

Permission-based:  Customers only receive communications if they want them, and they can easily opt out after the first communication.

Transparency and Consistency:  Marketing Philharmonic team members' rate is the same as their direct-to-client rate. Team members do not sign a non-compete agreement, so you may work with them directly if you choose.
